About Me

I’m Tia Christofi, 18 years and into everything health and fitness. I completed nationally and internationally as a competitive cheerleader for 8 years, training 16 hours a week focusing on the foundations of core and strength training. I’m an athlete for Ryderwear which is a fitness apparel brand and also EHPlabs, a supplement company. I have completed my 'Masters in Fitness' at the Australian Institute of Fitness. 

I’ve created the perfect full bodyweight home workout (using no equipment) for you guys to maintain and improve your fitness journey.

Step by Step video workouts in your home while in lockdown. The workouts will take less than 30 minutes each session and is to be completed 3 times a week over 6 weeks! It’s an overall body circuit workout, from warm up, training upper body, lower body, abs, cardio and finishing with cool down! You’ll feel your body become fitter and stronger each week that you progress.
